Survey on the NPPP

This survey will be open from January 10 to March 4, 2022.

• All questions are optional – you can respond to as many or as few as you like.
• It should take 15 minutes of your time to complete. 
• You may only complete the survey once, to avoid repeat submissions skewing data. 
• Partially completed surveys will be automatically saved, meaning you can complete some sections, and then return to the survey at a later stage to complete the activity.
